Arguably, you left the BEST Texas Winery off this list. I sorta see why – you limited yourself to the touristy 290 region – and I guess for purposes of this article, I guess that’s understandable.
But the BEST Texas Winery is just north of 290 off Park Road 4 outside of Burnet – Perissos Vineyard and Winery has by far the best wines in Texas. They are like most Texas wineries, you have to go there to get the wine!!! {PS: You can blame THAT on the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission!!}.
